Hallo!

Ich habe kürzlich einige DOTs in mein Ledger übertragen, aber ich habe festgestellt, dass die Transaktion nicht in der Historie erscheint, obwohl die DOTs im Konto sind.
Das passiert auf MacOS und in der Android-App.
Die Transaktion wird auch in der Blockchain bestätigt.
Hat jemand eine Ahnung, was das Problem hier ist?

I recently had this issue. What fixed it for me was clearing the cache via Settings -> Help -> Clear Cache. What’s strange is it didn’t fix it the first time, instead had to try it about 4 times (spread out over an hour or so) before the transaction finally appeared. I also closed and reopened ledger live.

The issue still persists. Is there a way to open an official ticket? The contact bot is pretty useless.
