Ich habe am 8. Februar 2024 eine besorgniserregende Transaktion von BTC von meinem Ellipal Titan Mini an die Adresse (34xnV9VAdMRLCXvzDXuuYe3E4p3Wzkit7R) festgestellt. Ich habe in den letzten zwei Jahren keine Übertragungen durchgeführt, und mein Ellipal-Gerät wurde nicht benutzt. Meine Seed Phrase ist sicher gespeichert und wurde nicht weitergegeben.

Da ich den Grund für diese Transaktion nicht nachvollziehen kann und sie nicht von mir autorisiert wurde, bitte ich Sie dringend um Hilfe, um die Transaktion zu klären und ggf. rückgängig zu machen.

You will not get any answer from ELLIPAL support, helping you in this situation. They will tell you, your seed is compromised in one way or another.

 And in most cases, this is correct. 

Did you make a photo of the seed ? kept it in any form “online”, even for a second ? 

How did you kept the seed safe ? 

 Btw : the app on your phone has a blue colored banner ‘cold wallet’ on it ? No yellow color ?

Turn off the hot wallet. Cold wallet only (Blue tab only). When in cold status, you must have the physical device to transact.

I’ve been banging on since July 2023 about my crypto been stolen without my seed phrase and people thought I was mad.
