Hallo.

Ich habe ein TAAS-Online-Konto, das vierteljährlich ETH an diejenigen mit TAAS-Münzen auszahlt.

Ich wollte meine ETH-Zahlung von meinem TAAS-Konto auf meine KeepKey-Hardware-Wallet übertragen. Aber ich habe versehentlich TAAS stattdessen an meine ETH-Adresse geschickt.

Die TAAS wurden verschickt, befinden sich aber nicht in meiner ETH KeepKey-Adresse. Es ist irgendwo in einer Blockchain verloren gegangen.

Wissen Sie, wie ich die TAAS zurückbekommen kann? Es ist weder in meinem Online-TAAS-Konto noch in meinem KeepKey.

Good news is it’s not lost, it’s in the ETH wallet as a token.

But you won’t be able to access it with your keepkey. You’re going to have to get the private key of your eth address and import it into a wallet that supports ETH tokens. Such as https://www.myetherwallet.com/. It’s not an online wallet. Everything is client side javascript except broadcasting transactions.

Just a warning. You should temporarily move all your funds off your keepkey before doing any of this. You’re going to have to wipe your keep key and setup a new seed at the end.

Go to https://www.myetherwallet.com/#send-transaction and select “mnemonic phrase” type your 12 word recovery seed. Unlock the address and it should show your TAAS balance under “Token Balances” In the “Amount to send” box there’s a drop box that should let you select the TAAS token to send instead of ETH. You should send that to another safe address.

Now you should consider your old mnemonic seed compromised because you typed it in your computer. You should wipe your keep key, setup a new seed, and send all your funds there.
