Wie geben die Leute ihre Seed-Phase in diesen Fällen ein?

Ich meine, wir alle wissen, dass man seine Seed-Phrase niemals in einen Computer eingeben sollte, aber wir müssen sie buchstäblich eingeben, um eine Geldbörse wiederherzustellen?

Welche Vorsichtsmaßnahmen sind in diesen legitimen Situationen angemessen?

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich, wenn ich jemals eine Wallet wiederherstellen muss und die Seed-Phrase eingebe, dann eine völlig neue Wallet erstellen und alle Gelder auf diese neue Wallet übertragen sollte, weil die alte Seed-Phrase jetzt möglicherweise kompromittiert ist?

Ich verstehe, dass dies “einfach” genug ist, aber es wird immer etwas übrig bleiben, und ich muss dann neue Wallets bei der Steuer berücksichtigen…. Übersehe ich etwas?

Um das klarzustellen: Ich musste noch nie eine Wallet wiederherstellen, habe den Prozess also noch nicht durchlaufen.

Eine andere Frage? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, meine Seed-Phrase zu “überprüfen”? D. h., ob ich sie richtig aufgeschrieben habe, wie bei einer Testwiederherstellung?

You only ever physically restore the seed phrase on the actual Trezor hardware devices self using the buttons.

Think sending a text message on a telephone 20 years ago, worse..

If you ever are greeted by a prompt in a piece of software on a computer, or on a mobile device or tablet that says that you have to enter your seed phrase from your Trezor to restore 100% always a scam, that’s basically how you know it’s a scam because you’re only ever going to create the seed phrase on the small Trezor device and you’re only ever going to restore the seed phrase on the small Trezor device. Again, there is no restoring the seed phrase on a computer or in a mobile app.

Trezor model T has touchscreen so you type directly on the trezor.
Idk how it works for trezor model one, but you can rest assured that the wallet restoration process is safe. If it wasn’t, trezor ledger etc would have shut down doors long ago.

>To be clear, I have never had to restore a wallet, so I have not been through the process.

Word of advice…you should always try recovering the wallet using the seed words before you send all your funds there.
