Ellipal fehlen 10k aus gescheitertem Umtausch

Ich habe die Umtauschfunktion in der Ellipal-App genutzt und bsc in usdt (etc-20) getauscht. Die Transaktion blieb mehr als 18 Stunden lang bei “submitted” hängen und jetzt ist die Transaktion aus meiner Historie verschwunden, aber die 10k an bsc sind immer noch weg. Keine Antwort vom Helpdesk oder Kundendienst. Sie haben mich im Grunde um 10.000 Euro beraubt, ohne mir etwas zu sagen. Es sind jetzt 36 Stunden vergangen.

Did you check the Bcscan? If it’s on the blockchain it’s on your wallet..
It’s easy to see the transactions.
Copy your incoming wallet address and paste it in the search over there…
Ellipal has a few glitches…

Can you tell who was used for the exchange? Ellipal itself doesn’t do the exchange they use Changelly and SWFT can you tell in bsc scan who was used? Not saying ellipal isn’t responsible and owes you answers they very much are and do.
