Ellipal Wallet: Problem mit der Einschalttaste

Hat irgendjemand hier ein Problem mit seinem Einschaltknopf. Ich muss diese Taste mindestens 7-10 Mal drücken, bevor sie sich einschaltet. Mein Portemonnaie ist erst 1,5 Monate alt. Ich habe zu viel Angst, sie für Reparaturen oder ähnliches zurückzuschicken. Ich habe Krypto darauf. Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich? Andernfalls war dies eine Verschwendung von Geld und ich habe alle meine Krypto heraus zu bewegen.

Hold the button down for 2-3 seconds then release. Mine sometimes take a few seconds to come on after that.

If you have your 12 word seed phrase,
just wipe the Ellipal and contact support for a replacement. Then import account to yr new wallet with your seedphrase.

When I first got mine, after about a week it wouldn’t charge anymore. I contacted support, deleted my account off the Ellipal, then sent it back. they sent me a new one in about a week. and that one has been working just fine.
