Wenn ich auf einer beliebigen Münze auf “Empfangen” drücke, wird eine Adresse erzeugt. Wenn ich ein anderes Mal wieder empfangen soll, wird eine neue Empfangsadresse erstellt. Warum ist das so? Und wenn ich aus Versehen an eine Adresse sende, die vorher angezeigt wurde, aber nicht mehr angezeigt wird, gehen die Münzen dann trotzdem in meine Wallet?

I suppose you are talking about Bitcoin, right? This is actually a great privacy feature of Bitcoin. It is recommended to use fresh addresses but even if you use a previously used address the funds will go to your wallet.
