Ich habe AVAX von meinem Coinbase-Konto an mein Ledger-Konto gesendet, aber die Empfängeradresse war mein ETH-Konto. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass AVAX ein ERC20-Token ist, weshalb ich dachte, es sei in Ordnung. Ich sehe die AVAX nicht in meinem Ledger-Konto und Coinbase hat bestätigt, dass die Münzen gesendet wurden. Ich möchte wissen, wie ich sie zurückerhalten kann. Ich habe ein Ticket über die Kontaktblase auf der Website eröffnet und eine Ticketnummer erhalten, aber sonst ist nichts passiert, und ich habe sogar eine E-Mail geschickt, wurde aber zurück auf die Website geleitet. Ich wäre dankbar, wenn mir jemand vom Ledger-Supportteam helfen könnte.

Hey there! So I took a look at the #673996 ticket number and it appears as though you didn’t finish the ticket submission process. This will consist of you filling out some more case details with respect to what’s happening on your end, and then we should be able to get in touch via our chat thread on our website (where you first opened your ticket).

Alternatively, if you would like to work through this here, we can do this as well! Based off of the information you’ve provided, I believe that you withdrew your AVAX to your ETH account using the Avalanche network, and so you’ll need to use your Ledger with a 3rd party wallet (using the Avalanche network) to access these funds again.

Once you’ve done this, you’ll want to add the Avalanche RPC network to MetaMask ([here](https://support.avax.network/en/articles/4626956-how-do-i-set-up-metamask-on-avalanche) are the Avalanche network details). After you’ve added the Avalanche network, and you have your Ledger device connected, you should be able to see your Ledger-connected account in MetaMask, displaying your $AVAX!
