Ich habe versucht, ETH von Ellipal zu übertragen [crypto.com](https://crypto.com).

Mein ETH-Guthaben ist null und die Überweisung ist nie erfolgt.

Die Überweisung existiert nicht auf etherscan und das Guthaben ist auch nicht da.

Ich habe dies ein Dutzend Mal zuvor getan.

It’s probably still in your cold wallet address just glitching and saying 0 as it does at times.

If its the first time you’ve deposited to crypto.com it doesn’t deposit right away. You could be waiting 24 odd hours as the deposit goes to the exchange wallet and not your own wallet. They verify the transfer then it’ll show up after so many validations. There’s a menu option on crypto.com to check it. Sometimes it can take hours for the validations to.come through especially if you’ve not used the wallet to deposit before.

I deposited SOL and it took over 24 hours. Have a look in the help section in the menu on the app under support on the crypto.com app.

You should be able to check the details.of the transaction though etherscan using the transaction ID.
