Wenn ich eine externe Geldbörse verwende und sie an meine Trezor-Hardware anschließe, kann ich mein Eth-Guthaben problemlos sehen, aber in der Suite sehe ich nur eine große, fette 0. Habe ich die Suite irgendwie durcheinander gebracht oder ist die Suite nicht mehr mit Eth kompatibel? Ich erinnere mich, dass ich letztes Jahr meine Trezor Suite benutzt habe, um meinen Eth-Kontostand die ganze Zeit zu sehen, aber jetzt, nachdem ich Eth an meine Trezor gesendet habe, kann ich den Kontostand nur über eine Geldbörse eines Drittanbieters sehen.

As the other user stated, trezor doesn’t support internal transactions. So it’ll appear to not receive the ETH you sent.

DO NOT WORRY, the ETH is still in your trezor/ETH address. To verify if you received it, copy your ETH address and go on Etherscan and paste your public address. Here you can view your entire balance

In my experience, eth transactions sent internally eventually show up on my trezor suite interface after a few days/weeks. Updating trezor suite can sometimes speed the process.

Consider yourself lucky that this is public knowledge now. The first time I ever had this issue there were virtually ZERO explanations regarding int/ext transactions lmfao. I was panic struck for weeks

Is there any update on this from Trezor support? We’re going on, what, six months now like this?
