Hallo Trezor Support Team,

Ich habe vor kurzem ein Trezor Model T bekommen und ich habe einige ETH von KuCoin über das KCC Netzwerk transferiert und sie nie erhalten. Bei der Untersuchung stellte ich fest, dass sie auf der gleichen Adresse im KCC Mainnet landeten wie die KCC-Peg Ether. Ich habe mich an den KuCoin-Support gewandt, der mir nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Wie kann ich diese Gelder vom KCC Mainnet ins ETH Mainnet transferieren? Ich habe versucht, das KCC-Peg Ether-Token auf Trezor hinzuzufügen und es hat nicht funktioniert, können Sie bitte helfen?

It is trivial to access your ETH on the KCC chain, using MetaMask connected to your Trezor (with “connect hardware wallet”), and configured for the KCC chain/network:

Note: KuCoin won’t be able to help you because those wrapped ETH tokens are not under their control anymore. They are under your control.
