Ethereum-Konto kann in Ledger Live nicht hinzugefügt werden

Da der E-Mail-Support von Ledger verdammt hirnlos ist, können mir die Leute hier vielleicht helfen.

Ich bin nicht in der Lage, ein Ethereum-Konto zu meinem Nano S hinzuzufügen. Ich klicke auf die Schaltfläche in Ledger Live, es fragt mich, ob ich das Öffnen der Eth-App auf dem Gerät genehmigen möchte, ich tue das, und dann spuckt Ledger Live zurück und fordert mich auf, das Gerät zu entsperren. Das Gerät ist bereits entsperrt und ich bin bereits in der Eth-App. Aber Ledger Live erkennt es nicht.

Wenn ich das Gleiche mit BTC oder SOL mache, kann ich erfolgreich Konten hinzufügen.

Ich habe ein Nano S Gerät der alten Schule, Win10, alles ist in Ledger aktualisiert. Kann jemand mit einem leeren Gerät und einer neuen Ledger Live-Installation testen und sehen, ob er es reproduzieren kann?

Nano S has very limited space for Apps. When it was originally made, apps were small in size and ledger did not support that many coins.

I suggest you remove the SOL app and install Eth. then go back and forth between removing / installing until you can buy a Nano S plus.

A couple of suggestions

1. Do not use a USB hub, only a main USB port.
2. Clear the cache in LL
3. Reboot
4. Try again

use the right cable it need 2 be data enable cable or else it will not connect

also when u add account it installs the app for the corresponding crypto

This is a good time to migrate to a better L1. Half the reason I finally sold that garbage was the ridiculousness involved moving it from A to B. Sell/ convert that nonsense, problem solved. Ledger issues are effectively gifting you a nice PAUSE allowing you to reconsider and get rid of the bs slowing the entire space from mass apportion.
