Ich habe gestern Abend ein neues Ethereum-Konto auf einem Trevor T erstellt, nachdem ich ein Firmware-Update durchgeführt hatte. Ich habe eine Testüberweisung von einem Eth von Coinbase pro gemacht. Der Betrag wurde schließlich in der Eth-Bilanz angezeigt, aber ich bemerkte, dass er nicht in der Transaktionsliste auftauchte. CB Pro zeigte eine erfolgreiche Transaktion an die richtige Adresse an. Ich dachte, es sei ein Fehler in der Trevor-Software. Daraufhin habe ich dummerweise 19 weitere Zahlungen getätigt. Auch dies wurde auf der CB Pro Seite als erfolgreiche Transaktion angezeigt. Wieder sah ich die 20 Eth in der Bilanz, aber nicht in den Transaktionen. Nach einem Beitrag hier habe ich dann versucht, einen App Reset durchzuführen. Dies führte zu einer Fehlermeldung, dass die Firmware bereits vorhanden sei, und zu einem Link, der besagt, dass “etwas nicht richtig zu sein scheint. Kontaktieren Sie den technischen Support”. Ich habe die App neu gestartet, und das gesamte Eth-Konto ist verschwunden. Ich kann sehen, wie sie versucht, den Kontostand darzustellen, aber dann wird der Platzhalter einfach leer.

Secondly, it sounds like you may have accidentally sent funds to a hidden wallet, so you just need to work out which passphrase you used.

Your coins are not ON your device. They’re on the blockchain. Your device just looks at the blockchain and tells you what’s going on. To verify your coins are out there, use an Ethereum blockchain explorer to look at the address you sent your coins to, on the blockchain directly. Your device only holds your keys.

Your device is glitchy. Just reflash it/clear it, enter your mneumonic phrase to regenerate your keys, and add/generate the wallets again.

Since the account has only internal transactions, the auto-detection may not find your account. But don’t worry. You can just create a new account and since the accounts are created always in the same order, this should be the account with the transaction. Hopefully Trezor Suite then shows the non-zero balance again.

Important thing is, don’t panic. It’s mostly a cosmetic issue. By this I mean that your money is in your account, but the Trezor Suite doesn’t show it. Hopefully the Suite will improve in the future to address this issue.
