Ethereum Wallet in Trezor hat die Transaktion nicht erhalten

Ich habe 0,20004186 ETH von meinem Coinbase-Konto an mein Ethereum-Wallet in Trezor gesendet. Es sind schon ein paar Stunden vergangen und die Transaktion ist immer noch nicht in meiner Trezor-Wallet angekommen. Hier sind die Details:

Vorher habe ich ETH an dieses Konto geschickt und der Kontostand wurde aktualisiert (obwohl die Transaktion nicht angezeigt wurde)

Bitte geben Sie mir einen Rat, denn es sieht so aus, als ob es hier nicht angezeigt wird. Ich habe die Adresse dreimal überprüft und es ist alles in Ordnung. Ich habe Coinbase kontaktiert und sie haben bestätigt, dass die Transaktion erfolgreich von Coinbase auf der Blockchain gesendet wurde.

I think I found your ETH address from the info that you gave (I won’t post it). If I’m correct it did go through and you can see it on “Internal txns” tab on Etherscan after you input your wallet address into Etherscan. Trezor can’t see ETH tx(s) that were sent via smart contracts (honestly this should be Trezor’s #1 priority to fix/implement this. I recently bought a Ledger because of this). CoinBase sometimes batches their ETH tx(s) using smart contracts now. You can unfortunately only interact with/see your true ETH balance if you use a different wallet interface such a MetaMask.

This has been answered here so many times lately. You have to use MetaMask for now with Coinbase, NOT Suite.

Trezor Already notified about this problem with Coinbase, Check the Sub, is full of reports like this.

A Solution is to one of the Trezor’s recommended Ethereum Tools, as MyCrypto or MyEtherWallet… You can check this link or the official Trezor’s coin list, Check on POLYGON and you will see the Ethereum options
