Danke!

I assume when you say “I can see my crypto in the app” you are talking about Ledger Live. Ledger Live is probably still tied to your previous version (old recovery phrase) and that’s why you see your coins. You can’t transfer because it’s trying to find your previous NanoX ‘wallet’.

Don’t know what others would say but… you should set up a new NanoX wallet in Ledger Live (with the new Phrase) and get those coin addresses (copy it somewhere) to send to. Then you need to go back and reinstate your NanoX to the old phrase and send your coins out of there to the new address(es).

When you are done, 1. set up your NanoX (again) to the new phrase, 2. in Ledger Live make sure you’re connected to the new phrase wallet, and you should see your coins.

You have to add a new account that matches the new seed. The one you see is tied to your old phrase. If you want to move you need the old phrase again.

Write down the address generated by the new phrase beforehand so you know where to send your stuff

You can only send if the connected ledger has the same seed that was used when your accounts were created. In your case, that’s the compromised seed phrase.

So, here is what you should do:

      1) make 100% sure that you wrote down correctly your new seed, using the recovery check app on your ledger:

      2) write down (e.g. in a computer text file) the new addresses that Ledger Live display when you “add account” and click the “Receive” button. Those will be the new addresses derived from your new seed.

      3) Reset your ledger and enter the OLD seed phrase in it (the one that was compromised)

      4) transfer all your cryptos to the NEW addresses that you wrote down in step 2.

      5) reset your ledger again, enter the NEW seed phrase in it. You are all set now. You can remove from ledger live all the old accounts that have a zero balance and have been transferred to the new accounts.

Do all that ASAP, otherwise your accounts derived from your compromised seed could be drained by the scammer (if not already the case).

To move your assets from the old seed to the new one, you need to sign a transaction with the old seed and send them to an address generated by your new seed.
