Falscher BTC-Saldo

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass der Saldo eines meiner BTC-Konten in Ledger Live (sowohl Android als auch Windows) nicht den richtigen Saldo anzeigt. Wenn ich die Pub-Taste in einem beliebigen Explorer benutze, zeigen alle den gleichen Betrag an, ebenso Electrum, aber Ledger Live zeigt weniger an. Ich habe bereits versucht, den Cache zu löschen (mehrere Male), aber es kommt immer falsch zurück. Ledger Live ist aktualisiert, ich habe versucht, es neu zu installieren, Konten zu entfernen und hinzuzufügen und viele andere Dinge, aber egal, was ich tue, der Saldo ist falsch. Gibt es irgendwelche bekannten Probleme? Mache ich etwas falsch?

Um weitere Informationen hinzuzufügen. Wenn ich den Cache lösche, scheint es, dass der Saldo nicht immer derselbe ist. Ich habe auch versucht, die Operationshistorie mehrmals zu exportieren (auch wenn sich der Kontostand geändert hat), und der Betrag der Transaktionen ändert sich. Der Unterschied zwischen dem tatsächlichen Saldo laut Electrum und anderen Explorern im Vergleich zu dem, was Ledger Live anzeigt, schwankt zwischen 1 % und fast 5 %.

One of the things that annoys me about Ledger Live is it only shows 5 decimal places – and not 8.

Are you see the balance out by a tiny amount, or a lot more than this level of precision?

If you’ve done all those steps and it didn’t fix it, maybe you should contact Ledger Live support (via opening a ticket @ Ledger.com), and they can take a look. It’s possible you’ve encountered a bug with Ledger Live that they’d need to fix.

I’ve never really been convinced 100% that Ledger Live is always displaying the true balance. These days I use Electrum for all my transactions. My main accounts are passphrase and hidden. My only real use for LL is Atom Staking – I couldn’t think of anything else to try.

Hello, it’s an infra issue with BTC on Ledger Live, nothing to worry about, team is working on a fix

It happens. I have LL on two pc’s and on one pc an ERC-20 token is missing from the display and not matter what I do to try and fix it, it won’t come back.
