Hallo,

Ich kaufte neue Ledger S plus Wallet. Ich setzte meine Passphrase und mein Ledger funktioniert gut. In ledger live sehe ich alles, alle meine Vermögenswerte.

Ich benutze die Chrome-Erweiterung als Wallet – autorisiert durch mein altes Ledger. Jetzt, wenn ich versucht, verbinden ich dies erhalten:

Als ich versucht habe, eine neue Core Wallet (in einem anderen Browser – Opera) mit meiner neuen Ledger-Wallet zu installieren, war keine abgeleitete Adresse mit der Adresse meines früheren Ledgers identisch.

When you say that you’re using the “core chrome extension as wallet” are you using a Ledger-compatible 3rd party wallet with your Ledger connected as a hardware wallet? If the answer is yes, which wallet are you using exactly? I just want to make sure we’re on the same page.

In the case that you’re getting an error saying that the device/private key attempting to access the account *wasn’t* the original device/private key that created the account, this would mean your current Ledger’s 24 word recovery phrase (and passphrase) does not control the accounts you’re attempting to access.
