Fehlende btc-Transaktion

Ich hatte eine btc-Einzahlung, die erst vor ein paar Monaten in meinem Ledger angezeigt wurde. Ich habe mich eine Weile nicht eingeloggt und als ich es heute überprüfte, war die Transaktion nicht mehr da. Ich habe den ganzen Prozess der Fehlersuche durchlaufen, neu laden, Cache leeren, etc etc und immer noch nichts. Wie kann ich diese fehlende Transaktion ausfindig machen?

Can you see the transaction when connecting Electrum to your ledger?

Use “use hardware device” in electrum. Do NOT enter tour ledger seed phrase in electrum.

Yes I have connected to electrum to find transaction and does not show up there either.
Previous to this I followed all steps in ledger troubleshooting. Ledger is up to date, cleared and synced again. Reloaded app. Nothing has worked to bring it up.

I have similar issues with historical data since 2 days, also got the standard answer from Ledger, data still missing…

Then head to Ledger Live settings > help > and clear cache to refresh its block explorers

If you know the transaction ID / hash, you can enter it in any BTC blockchain explorer to check if the Tx was confirmed.
