Hallo,

Ich habe einige xlm von der Börse zurück in mein Ledger verschoben.

Habe das Netzwerk richtig, überprüft die Kontoinformationen zweimal und es stimmt vom Sender zum Empfänger überein, aber meine XLM wird nicht angezeigt.

Habe auch schon den Cache geleert.

Bei der Suche auf der Support-Website sehe ich es sagt, ich brauche eine neuere Version des Ledger Live 2.34.4 oder höher.

Website zeigt aktuelle Ledger Live-Download ist 2.69.0. Ist dies korrekt?

Ich habe erst vor einer Woche mein bestehendes Ledger Live verwendet, um xlm zu verschieben, und ich habe heute Morgen ein aktuelles Update im bestehenden Ledger Live durchgeführt, das besagt, dass ich auf dem neuesten Stand bin, also bin ich verwirrt, warum ich ein weiteres Update für das xlm benötige? Mein Ledger Live Desk Top zeigt bereits die heruntergeladene Version 2.48.0 an, sollte mein xlm also nicht funktionieren?

Hat jemand einen Rat oder eine Idee zu diesem Thema?

There are 3 possible scenarios here. 1) you forgot the memo. 2) you entered the incorrect memo.

I would reach out to the exchange and ask them to help you located the transaction. From there get as many details as you can about the transaction. The exchange will know what the correct memo is whether they provide that to you or not is up to them.

3) The exchange made a mistake (this is unlikely, but it has happened)

I lost 58000 XLM on ledger nanox last year.
Balance showed on ledger but I could not transfer, sell or trade any of it.

I always upgrade as ledger shows an orange UPGRADE AVAILABLE when I open it if upgrade is available.
I did all kinds of research, got a hold of stellar and went online and asked a bunch of questions, and found out that somehow some of the XLM I had was not real and since that was inseparable from my legit XLM no one could help, so the end story was that all could not be transferred, sold or traded.
The fake XLM was transferred into my ledger account through some sort of drop or bonus, which contaminated my XLM account on Ledger.
