Fehler bei der Datensicherung – Trezor Safe 3

Ich glaube, ich habe einige Probleme mit Trezor Safe 3, aber dies ist meine erste Offline-Geldbörse, daher bin ich mir nicht sicher. Kann mir jemand Auskunft darüber geben, ob ich mir Sorgen machen muss? Mein Problem ist, dass in der Trezor-Software auf meinem PC die Meldung Backup-Seed-Fehler erscheint. Ich habe immer noch Zugang zu meiner Wallet und kenne meine PIN und mein Passwort. Folgendes habe ich in dieser Reihenfolge getan:

1. Ich habe Safe 3 und 2x Metall-Speichergeräte direkt von der offiziellen Trezor-Website gekauft.
2. Installierte die Trezor-Software über den offiziellen Link
3. PIN und eindeutiges Passwort gewählt
4. Neueste Treiber auf dem neuesten Stand
5. Gekaufte Münzen

Soweit alles gut. Kaufen hier kommt das Problem:

6. Test-Check-Backup und geben Sie meine 12 Seed Phrase in genau den gleichen Aufträgen wie gefragt – Fehler!

Was mache ich jetzt und ist das ein Sicherheitsrisiko, wenn ich das Gerät nicht wiederherstellen kann?

Ich bin mir zu 99 % sicher, dass ich bei beiden Wiederherstellungsphrasen die richtigen Wörter in der richtigen Reihenfolge eingegeben habe.

If you got the error you described, then you don’t have the seed to your wallet. Perhaps on another piece of paper or something IDK.

Luckily you can still access the device so you just move all the coins in #5 back to the exchange (paying mining fees), then reset your Trezor. Once you pass the backup check, you can move them back off the exchange back to your Trezor.

You almost certainly didn’t write down the seeds correctly.

You still have access to your wallet. So I’d advice you to transfer your funds to another wallet, then wipe trezor, then get new seeds. Then make the seeds check through trezor suite (the software).
Then transfer little amount of funds to the Trevor, then wipe wallet and then recover the wallet to see if funds show up. Then transfer the rest of funds to trezor.

The error is telling you “wrong seed”
Why do you think the device/software is malfunctioning versus you actually inputting the wrong seed.

Go to the create a backup section and double check you have it right.

The seed verification process on Trezor devices is quite poor, so you likely just made a typo transcribing it. (Good that you caught it with a full recovery check)

You can either attempt to identify the typo or you can just send the funds off the Trezor, reinitialise with a new seed and this time, only send funds after you have run though a proper recovery check 🙂

By “PIN and unique password” did you actually mean to write “PIN and unique seedphrase?”
IOW, I’m asking did you inadvertently create a hidden wallet?

Are you sure you did not make a typo when checking the seed? Before any action, please be sure tou checked it properly. It is the most obvious step where the mistake can be made.
