Hey, wie geht’s, in letzter Zeit habe ich Probleme mit meinem ellipal titan Ich war das Senden cro Münze auf die ellipal hot wallet nichts geschah, so dass ich erreichte den Kundendienst zu erkundigen, über das Problem mit keine Antwort nach 3 Tagen und keine Mittel auf dem Konto beschloss ich, die App zu deinstallieren und neu zu installieren, um zu sehen, ob es half ich dann die Seed-Phrase verwendet, um die hotwallet wiederherzustellen, aber es gibt keine Ich schaffte es, die Wallet wiederherzustellen, aber minus alle meine Mittel in dieser Wallet wieder erreichte ich suport mit kein Glück .
Wenn ich die Ellipal-App aufrufe, wird ein Netzwerkverbindungsfehler ohne Erklärung angezeigt. Ich wandte mich an das Ellipal-Tech-Team auf Twitter und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Verbindung aufgrund eines Problems mit einem Spiegelknoten unterbrochen sei, als ich fragte, wie man das Problem beheben könne, wurde mir ein Link geschickt. Ich habe nicht darauf geklickt, weil ich nicht wusste, ob es sicher war oder nicht. Ich frage mich, ob jemand ähnliche Probleme hatte.

Don’t bother with ellipal anymore. They quit responding in customer service and the device never works. Just look how many of us posted on Reddit and they don’t even care to address it

They rather have people saying DO NOT BUY ANY ELLIPAL DEVICE.. instead of actually helping everyone that can’t send things out

They have the worst customer service ever. A lot of people that order them are now sending them back cuz they see how customer service ignores us

I supported them for 4 years just to have them quit responding to me cuz of a problem they made that they refuse to fix and blame on the users

It’s sad I love the wallet it’s self I love the concept of it but if you expect a man to keep his hard earned funds on your device then I expect same day service not a week later when there is an issue you can expect people to wonder were there funds are for that long.
