Fehler beim Einlösen des Geschenkcodes

Hallo, ich habe mit meinem neuen Ledger eine Geschenkkarte im Wert von 30 $ erhalten und den Code eingelöst. Die Münzen wurden für 15 Tage gesperrt, und jetzt, wo ich versuche, sie abzuholen, erhalte ich diese allgemeine Fehlermeldung.

Hat jemand das gleiche Problem?

UPDATE:
Gerade funktioniert es wieder, nachdem es mindestens 24 Stunden lang nicht funktioniert hat. Ich nehme an, dass es einige unangekündigte Backend-Probleme waren.

I got a $20 gift card with the Thanksgiving or Black Friday deal , really complicated to redeem it , had to go on the Refer a Friend page to do it . . .then it said wait 30 days . I’m happy to wait , don’t want to do anything on Ledger until this drainer thing is definitely plugged and people on here say its safe to use Ledger again .
