1. First of all, just use a Lightning wallet that has only one bitcoin “bucket” (i.e. whether you receive via Lightning or Bitcoin), it’ll appear on the same place. This prevents lots of confusion – Muun has this ability.

If you want to pay someone via Lightning, BOTH wallets need to have Lightning.

In this case, you send your bitcoins in your Trezor via normal on-chain Bitcoin into your Lightning wallet (Muun) – because Trezor doesn’t have Lightning.

3. All Lightning wallets will allow you to move funds via normal on-chain Bitcoin means, so Muun would work in this case also.

1. To move BTC to BTC-LN, you can use a Loop, Submarine-Swap, Exchange, Top-up, or Splice operation. Easiest would be to move the BTC to something like Kraken, Binance, or CashApp then you could send it out via BTC-LN to the LN-invoice the merchant gave you. Alternatively you could use Phoenix wallet, and when you send BTC it will start a splice operation to get you BTC-LN. Or, you could use WalletOfSatoshi and their mechanism is called a “top-up”

One option not mentioned is the ability to open a LN channel directly from your Trezor. It’s possible, but rather technical.
