Geldbörsen plötzlich leer

Ich habe versucht, eine Verbindung zu zwei versteckten Geldbörsen herzustellen, und beide werden als leer angezeigt. Ich habe die Passphrase etwa 3-4 Mal überprüft und es immer wieder versucht. Trezor sagt mir immer, dass die Wallets leer sind und bittet mich, die Passphrase erneut einzugeben, um an das leere Wallet zu gelangen.

Ich erhalte diese Meldung, wenn ich mich anmelde (nachdem ich die Passphrasen erneut eingetippt habe):

Was genau ist falsch? Ich weiß, dass die Brieftaschen NICHT leer sind.

EDIT : Ich konnte meine Wallets wiederherstellen, indem ich Trezor zurücksetzte UND mein VPN abschaltete. Aber warum gibt es ein Problem mit meinem VPN… Das gab es nie. Ich würde Trezor gerne mit meinem VPN benutzen. Was muss ich tun?

EDIT2: Konnte meine Transaktion nicht überprüfen auf [https://btc4.trezor.io/tx/](https://btc4.trezor.io/tx/) auch nicht überprüfen… Es heißt: “Sorry, you have been blocked”. Ist es möglich, dass Trezor Leuten die Nutzung von VPN verboten hat?

If you do a curl on `btc4` you’ll see it’s being cached by cloudflare. Cloudflare can also ban any IP they want. Your VPN is likely being used to DDoS some other cloudflare customers so they are now banned from all cloudflare (or most) clients.

PS, I don’t think your empty wallet problem is related. Since you reset your device you likely corrected the error at that point.

If your VPN is using Amazon infrastructure, Trezor has difficultly serving those IPs.

As already mentioned, Tor is a handy way around this.

Maybe nothing to do with VPN. Yesterday I had the same “backend” issue. Maybe some issue with trezors nodes

Run your own bitcoin core guys on trezor. Why trust a third party. Plus, you will broadcast your own transaction on your mempool and maintain privacy

Honestly bro check any variations of your passcode. I thought I wrote my original passcode down correctly but it wasn’t. After trying several variations of the passcode I was able to bring my wallet back up. Even if its a small probability might as well see if you did something slightly different with the passphrase
