https://sparrowwallet.com/ on desktop lets you view many addresses ahead. it’s definitely possible but many wallets prevent you from doing it because it’s not a very user friendly experience, which is a terrible reason 🤢

Sparrow also only lets you have 10 accounts, again because arbitrary reason like UI considerations probably, very annoying, and it doesn’t let you choose address type, but otherwise it’s an excellent wallet.

yes, and you don’t even need wallet software to do it. all of the possible receive addresses that any wallet will generate for you can be pre-generated using your public key. i use the pycoin python libraries for this. it will calculate your potential receive addresses in the same order that your wallet software would offer them if you did it there instead. This is all part of the bip-32 hierarchical deterministic wallet standard.

Indeed, you can do it with Ledger Live, only if the initial account has BTC in it, then you will be able to create a second account.
