Hallo zusammen, ich habe meine Trezor Wallet vor 1 Tag erhalten und eine Ronin Wallet erstellt, die mit der Hardware Wallet verbunden ist. Dann habe ich die Ronin Wallet finanziert.

Jetzt kann ich immer noch über meinen Browser auf meine Wallet zugreifen, aber ich kann sie nicht mehr in der Liste der Wallets sehen, die ich importieren kann (es war Ronin Trezor #50), ich kann nicht mehr auf den Marktplatz zugreifen und jede Transaktion, die ich von dieser Wallet aus mache, schlägt sofort fehl.

Ich brauche Hilfe, um mein Geld von diesem Konto abzuheben.

Dies ist eine sehr dringende Angelegenheit. Ich habe eine Trezor-Wallet gekauft, weil ich es mir nicht leisten kann, diese Gelder zu verlieren. Ich bin besorgt, aber die Situation und Trezor verraten mein Vertrauen so weit.

If you can still see your wallet, you don’t need to import again. Simply connect the trezor to Ronin and you should be able to send the coins out.

Your hardware needs to be connected if you want to do anything with the wallet. That’s the only place the private keys reside.

Trezor and any hardwallet loves creating their own wallets with seed phrases, due to security, if you have that wallet and its seed phrase then you still have access to it.

Trezor also requires you to have trezor connected to be able to transfer

Many times here, this has been caused by typing the passphrase incorrectly.
