Ich habe meinen neuen Keepkey zum ersten Mal eingerichtet und die Firmware und andere Dinge in der Windows-App aktualisiert. Ich habe alle Schritte und Anweisungen ausgeführt.

Wenn ich jetzt meinen Keepkey anschließe, sagt er nur: Bitte aktualisieren Sie Ihren Bootloader.

Egal was ich tue, ich komme nicht weiter, der Updater für Windows sagt nur, dass ich den Kepkey aus dem Updatemodus heraus einstecken muss, wenn ich das tue, bekomme ich den oben genannten Fehler.

Wie kann ich das beheben?

Hey! Sorry to see you are in a loop. Please try plugging in your KeepKey with the button held down, use the updater app, then select “update bootloader”. Let me know if that helps!

I am also having this issue. If I plug in my KeepKey with the button held down, my updater app tells me that my KeepKey is “stuck in firmware update mode” and to unplug and replug it in with the button held. I can’t do anything in the app. So I follow those instructions and end up back at the beginning of the loop, where my keepkey now says “please update your bootloader” again. Help!

I have the same issue. I use Windows app, tried 3 times to update firmware, but always have ‘Please update your bootloader’

2 years later, I’m still getting this problem. This is first use(switch on) update. Anybody know how to find the bootloader/firmware already on the device?
