Frage ist, ist sicher, meinen privaten Schlüssel zu importieren auf Ledger zu neuen trezor T generiert? Key ist sicher und nirgendwo digital, aber wäre es besser, ganz neue seed prase auf trezor machen?

Create a new wakey with passphrase.

Damn you’re overshooting. Best security measure is user ethics and common sense.

You can import the seed directly into the Trezor T.

Then you can create a ‘hidden wallet’ which is just a seedphrase+passphrase. (Research passphrases in the wiki)

Then move your BTC from your current wallet into your hidden.

Job done.

as long as you managed your seed backup well, it’s completely safe to use the same one in a Trezor.

That said, it’s generally not a bad idea to rotate (i.e. change) your private keys every once in a while, and this is as good a chance as any. You get to re-evaluate how your backup is secured, you can take the opportunity to add a passphrase as well, and on the off chance that someone _did_ find your current seed phrase, they wouldn’t have it anymore.
