Mein ursprüngliches Passwort funktioniert nicht und ich habe die Wallet bereits mit dem Seed zurückgesetzt und ein neues Passwort eingegeben. Wenn ich versuche, Krypto an eine Börse zu senden, wird ein Passwortfehler angezeigt. Wenn ich versuche, das Passwort in der App zu ändern, sagt sie, dass das ursprüngliche Passwort falsch ist.
Ich kann nichts herausbekommen.
Kann mir jemand helfen?

Weird. No idea but try emailing ELLIPAL support and don’t respond to private DM’s.
Good luck and hope you can sort it out. As far as I know you are given 10 incorrect password attempts.

Delete the account on your titan, delete the account on your phone on the ellipal app, revover the Titan with your seed + new password, connect your phone app with the ellipal via the QR scanning. Work always 100%.
