Guten Morgen, ich habe einen NANO S PLUS und seit ein paar Tagen kann ich keine Operationen mehr mit meinen Token durchführen, die sich im Cosmos-Netzwerk befinden. Wenn ich zum Beispiel eine Kryptowährung einsetzen oder Anreize für das Einsetzen von Token beanspruchen möchte, erhalte ich immer die Fehlermeldung “Unmatched Public Key” in rot. Ich weiß nicht, was ich tun soll. Ich hoffe, jemand kann mir helfen, vielen Dank.

There is a chance that your Cosmos application may not be fully-updated.
You can check this by going into the “my Ledger” tab of Ledger Live and seeing which version you currently have installed. The most recent version should be **2.34.9**.
I also wanted to ask, are you getting this error in Ledger Live, or are you manually accessing your ATOM/IBC-based assets using a 3rd party wallet such as [Keplr](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411149814417-Set-up-and-use-Keplr-to-access-your-Ledger-Cosmos-ATOM-account?docs=true)?
Importantly, you’ll want to make sure that you have your Ledger plugged in with the Cosmos application **open**, and any other crypto/web3 applications **closed.**
