Ich habe gerade von meinem SecuX w20 auf einen Ellipal Titan umgestellt und wenn ich Krypto übertrage, dauert es etwa 10 Stunden, bis der Krypto auf der Ellipal Titan App angezeigt wird… wenn ich meinen SecuX benutze, dauert es buchstäblich 5 Minuten, bis er auf der App angezeigt wird, gibt es eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

There is 2 possible,

1. The Blockchain slowness confirm the transaction due to give low gas fee
2. The App not automatically refresh the balance, You may always check and confirm on coin blockchain. and refresh by manually

I use the Titan and have not had the same issue. 5 minutes max for transfers to show up on the app.

May I ask why you switched ? I have been pondering both the titan and W20 and never decided on either, yet (as an alternative to my Trezor).

Have had Titan for 2 years longest it has taken was 5ish mins.

Had the same issue the first time I used the Titan. My Shib took nearly 2 days to show up in the ellipal app, but ever since that one incident, it’s been almost instant, been using for 2ish years.
