There are two flavors of wipe. The “normal” wipe, which leaves the current firmware in place and wipes all the data. And the bootloader wipe, which wipes everything but the bootloader (factory reset).

I’ve only performed factory reset on the Trezor using TrezorCTL. There is a help article on how to install python and TrezorCTL, but I’d classify it as a “technical” article.

You MAY be able to do a factory wipe from Suite, but it requires you to have the device in bootloader mode. You can enter bootloader mode by having the right buttons pressed at startup, or by using TrezorCTL to “reboot to loader”.
