Currently our backend servers for the Ethereum network (and as a result any Ethereum-based tokens or ERC-20’s) are having some synchronization errors, however this has no effect on user funds whatsoever.

As long as your 24 word recovery phrase is written down and safely stored, all of your assets are absolutely safe as well.

In the meantime, you can always a Ledger-compatible 3rd party Ethereum wallet to manage or access your ERC-20 tokens for the time being (as detailed in our documentation [here](https://www.ledger.com/academy/security/the-safest-way-to-use-metamask), with respect to MetaMask).

I also wanted to mention, you’re always welcome to reach out to our support page [here](https://support.ledger.com/), and then we can address any inquiries you have directly via a ticket thread. From there we can also investigate further by gathering your logs and looking at any potential error messages being thrown.
