Ich kann mein ATOM immer noch nicht zurückziehen…

Ich habe einige ATOM auf dem Ellipal Titan gesetzt und versucht, die Belohnungen und das ATOM selbst zurückzuziehen. Sowohl bei den eingesetzten Belohnungen als auch bei der ursprünglichen delegierten Menge wurde mir sofort nach dem Drücken der Schaltflächen “Belohnung abheben” oder “Abheben” ein Fehler angezeigt. Die Fehlermeldung lautete: “Versuchen Sie es später noch einmal (Fehler 50400)”. Nachdem ich mehrere mögliche Lösungen ausprobiert hatte, wandte ich mich an den Kundendienst. Sie haben ziemlich schnell geantwortet und mir gesagt, ich solle es noch einmal versuchen (ausgerechnet). Aber hey, warum nicht? Ich versuchte es erneut und kam weiter. Ich habe es bis zum Scannen des signierten QR-Codes auf dem Titan geschafft. Sobald das passiert ist, kommt eine weitere Fehlermeldung “Versuchen Sie es später noch einmal”, aber mit einem Code 12.

Als ich dies dem Kundendienst meldete, sagten sie, dass ihr Team wieder an ATOM arbeitet.

Hat sonst noch jemand eine Idee? Ich habe zusätzliches ATOM auf dem Konto, also glaube ich nicht, dass es daran liegt.

Ich bin wirklich gespalten über Ellipal. Ehrlich gesagt, ich liebe den Titan. Wenn er funktioniert, ist er die einzige Möglichkeit, seine Kryptowährungen zu behalten….., aber er neigt dazu, öfters nicht zu funktionieren, was ärgerlich ist, weil ich ihn wirklich mag…..

Für jede Idee bin ich dankbar…..

I have been having the same issues and was told 2 weeks to fix it that was a week ago plus the balance in ELLIPAL doesn’t match my actual cosmos balance again over a week still no fix

As for those that keep defending ELLIPAL, yes you should have a cold wallet I have three & I would love to consolidate to one but I have access to my assets on ledger no matter how much I prefer ELLIPAL getting to my assets is more important & it doesn’t matter if it’s the app or the device – accurate balances & access to my assets is a priority – this needs to be fixed

Update – atom price has moved 15% my inability to trade it is costing me money – cold wallet good frozen out of your own assets BAD

Yea same problem for days now can’t withdraw it can’t stake it can’t exchange it is stuck I’m HODLER but wanna make sure they are dependable

Plenty of ledger connected wallets that still allow atom transactions in & out I just transferred some out of my ledger using cosmostation to my Coinbase wallet – ELLIPAL please fix this so we can get the full value of this device it’s so much easier to use but needs to work

Same here, I unstaked and found their waiting period to withdraw to general portfolio be quite long, finally happened but will not be staking again here, better places. Now trying to withdraw and get message to try again later, tried next day and again today, same message.
