It’s a different network, so you have to trust it to hold big amounts. I wouldn’t do it.

I suggest doing more research before using your ledger or you are gonna risk losing your coins. Also do a test small transaction first. Really hope there isn’t another post in a few days claiming someone lost all their coins transferring USDC to a polygon address…

This is like saying I have a bunch of USD in my bank and it’s a lot cheaper if I withdrawal it in Cuban Convertible Pesos.

When you are ready/need it do you want USD or convertible Pesos? They are both pegged to USD. Will both assets still be in use? Will one of the networks be defunct and useless?

When you are ready to spend it, do you want USDC ETH or USDC MATIC?
