Disclaimer: Ich weiß, dass diese Situation nicht streng trezor bezogen ist, aber dies ist die einzige Unterseite, die meine Frage beantwortet, Sie sind mein einziger Krypto familyyy! Ich danke euch im Voraus!
Ich habe gerade den Netflix-Dokumentarfilm “Trust No One” gesehen und kann nur darüber nachdenken, ob ich einem ähnlichen Risiko ausgesetzt bin. Ich bewahre meine Gelder im BSC-Netzwerk auf, weil es billiger ist, sie zu handeln, sie zu verschieben oder zu tauschen. Allerdings konnte ich nie ganz verstehen, inwieweit dieses Netzwerk von Binance abhängig ist oder von Binance kontrolliert wird, und wie hoch das Risiko ist, Gelder zu verlieren, nur weil man sie dort hält.
Könnte mir also jemand erklären, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, dass Binance alle unsere Gelder auf BSC irgendwie vermasselt oder sie beschlagnahmt oder irgendetwas Schlimmes mit den Geldern passiert, wenn Binance irgendein Problem hat? Vielen Dank!

Basically, BSC is centralized. There are only a handful of BSC nodes, controlled by Binance. This is the opposite of the Ethereum network which has LOTS of nodes all over the world maintained by many different people.
That being said, Binance is the world’s largest exchange (like in the top 10, Binance would 1 through 8). If Binance permanently goes down for whatever reason (in which case your crypto would be inaccessible/gone), that would affect all crypto markets everywhere across the glove in a very negative way… whether you are using them or not. Binance is not too big to fail, but they are definitely too big to fail gracefully.

All centralized assets work until people trust them. In this case safety of BSC fully based on Binance. That’s why there are so low fees…
BSC it’s like PayPal almost controlled by Binance. They just set up servers and made the transactions opened on blocks explorer. And said: «Look! We’ve created an innovative blockchain😎»
