Ist die Passphrase-Technologie von Trezor abhängig? Wenn alle meine Geldbörsen eine Trezor-Passphrase haben und Trezor den Betrieb einstellt, kann ich dann anderswo auf diese Geldbörsen zugreifen?

No, it’s a generic feature implemented by almost every wallet. Look in the Wiki to learn more. It is a BIP Standard similar to BIP39 I think

Someone commented on a related post to never use a hidden wallet. Is there a reason for this? Aren’t all wallets with a passphrase hidden?

Last but not least, Trezor, HW and FW and SW is entirely open-source so, except validating the code,if it comes down to it you can build your own and recover everything there 🙂
