I can confirm that there are no vulnerabilities for these networks, and definitely nothing that would require a user to “scan your Ledger” or do anything else involving your Nano. Please avoid clicking on any links in that email as it will likely try to trick you into entering your 24 word recovery phrase, or try to trick you into connecting your wallet to sign a malicious transaction.
