Yes, there are very few things that a hacker could do if they corrupted your Trezor Suite app, but there are still some things. A few years ago there was an attack on change addresses that was difficult to spot on the Trezor device. It simply proves that the app creating the TXN is important just like the firmware that signs the TXN.

To prevent these things do the following:

1. Verify software packages you download (Trezor Suite) using GPG.
2. Keep your Trezor firmware up to date.
3. Read and UNDERSTAND everything presented in the signing confirmation.

Using Trezor properly makes it VERY difficult to get attacked. Much harder than a simple software wallet.
