Ich halte in der Regel meine ADA auf YOROI mit meinem Ledger und vollständig verstehen, wie es funktioniert. Ich möchte anfangen, Bitcoin auf meinem Ledger mit Ledger Live zu halten, aber ich bin abit verwirrt, wie Ledger Live funktioniert es als CEX Bedeutung handeln, wenn Ledger in Konkurs geht oder etwas passiert, um Ledger Live werde ich noch in der Lage sein, meine Krypto auf Ledger Live zugreifen?

To answer your question, no – Ledger Live and Ledger devices are not CEX’s (centralized exchanges).

Ledger Live is just a wallet interface UI that you can use in conjunction with your Ledger hardware wallet. You can use other wallets with your Ledger as well, such as [MetaMask](https://www.ledger.com/academy/security/the-safest-way-to-use-metamask) or [Phantom](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408131265169-Set-up-and-use-Phantom-to-access-your-Ledger-Solana-SOL-account?docs=true) for example.

As long as you have your 24 word recovery phrase, you’ll be able to use it with **any** BIP39 compliant wallet. This means that in the case of Ledger hypothetically going bankrupt or disappearing, you will **always** be able to access your funds with your 24 word recovery phrase (aka your private keys).

Hmmm no you don’t understand yet bro. Keep learning. All of your crypto is and always will be on the blockchain. Ledger holds your keys. Hot or cold Wallets allow access to it. Yoroi allows you to interact with it. You can use multiple different wallets at the same time – they all just allow access. I use both Daedalus and Yoroi at the same time. My ADA is not “on” either of them. The keys to my ADA and my other coins is all that is on the ledger.
