Ich kann erfolgreich BTC von Ellipal an eine andere Wallet senden, aber DOT geht nicht.

An dem Punkt, an dem ich für DOT auf der App auf Senden drücke, werde ich aufgefordert, den zu überweisenden Betrag einzugeben und den QR-Code des Empfängers zu scannen. Dann bittet es, die Schaltfläche “Senden” zu drücken (zeigt aber NICHT die Gasleiste an, die ich erhalte, wenn ich BTC sende). Wenn ich die Schaltfläche “Senden” drücke, erscheinen die beiden QR-Codes auf der App, der Titan erkennt die QR-Codes nicht, die von meiner Ellipal-App auf meinem Telefon erzeugt werden. Irgendwelche Ideen? Ich versuche nicht, alle meine DOT zu senden, nur etwa 5% davon, so dass eine Menge DOT übrig ist, wenn das für Gasgebühren benötigt wird. Ich habe auch auf die neueste Version vom 27.8. aktualisiert, die 3.10 ist, und kann immer noch keine DOT an zwei andere Empfänger übertragen.

I finally got my DOT out of ellipal to another wallet. Finally figured out how to load the app as a hot wallet. Added it to the cold wallet in the app so now I have two wallets, one connected to the titan as a cold wallet and another account as a hot wallet, then transferred DOT from one wallet to the hot wallet. Once inside the hot wallet one can transfer the DOT to any other wallet that takes DOT. Thanks to everyone who provided help in getting through this. Ellipal is a good product if one never uses DOT

Hi, It is a noticed issue.

If you are in a hurry to transfer out your DOT, you may need to recover your account in APP to get a hot wallet account, then you can send it without using the device.

The team is working on fixing it. It may come with the next upadate version.
