Ich verwende einen alten Imac von Mitte 2011 mit 10.13.6 IOS. Ich kann meinen iMac nicht mehr auf die neueste Version von IOS aktualisieren, weil Apple den Support für meinen Imac eingestellt hat. Als ich versucht habe, meine Trezor-Suite auf die neueste Version zu aktualisieren, unterstützt der Imac das Programm nicht und weigert sich, es zu laden. Aber ich kann meine ältere Version der Trezor-Suite verwenden. Ist es noch sicher, sie zu benutzen?

Relatively safe sure. How safe do you want to be? “little safe”, “pretty safe”, “very safe” or “extremely safe”.

Running latest “everything” and doing all the safeguards (seed, pin, passphrase, gpg) gets you to “extremely safe”

Last I saw you could get android devices for less than $50 that still receive Android OS security updates.

If you don’t like Android, Raspberry Pi ZeroW with accessories can be pieced together for less than $50 as well.

Of course you can’t install the newest version of iOS on you iMac, because iOS doesn’t run on Mac.

Another open might be bypass Apple’s OS locks. Look in to [Opencore Legacy Patcher](https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/) lets you install new version of MacOS on old Machines. You then can install the latest version of the Suite.
