Hi, since the Send button is greyed, it indicates that you are in a watch-only wallet (you are not connected with the correct private keys), hence the impossibility to make a transaction.
That could be caused by:
a) Using a wrong passphrase. (That is by far the most frequent cause. You mentioned you saw a passphrase prompt – leave that window blank and just continue to your wallet.)
b) Using a wrong seed. (Perhaps you’ve recently recovered a different one than intended).
c) Both seed and passphrase are wrong. (Only a correct combination of seed+passphrase will get you to the desired wallet.)
