Meine Münzen werden in der Exodus-Wallet angezeigt, aber die Schaltfläche “Senden” ist ausgegraut. Ich habe kürzlich die Firmware aktualisiert und den Trezor mit der Seed-Phrase wiederhergestellt. Es gab ein Popup-Fenster mit der Aufforderung, eine BIP29-Passphrase einzugeben, um eine versteckte Wallet zu erstellen, aber das habe ich nicht getan. Es wurde jedoch eine andere Wallet ohne Münzen angezeigt, zusammen mit meiner ursprünglichen Wallet, aus der ich jetzt nicht mehr senden kann. Es wird die andere Wallet als aktiv angezeigt und nicht meine ursprüngliche Wallet. Was ist hier los und wie kann ich auf die Münzen in der ursprünglich erstellten Trezor-Wallet zugreifen? Kann ich den Trezor komplett zurücksetzen und die ursprüngliche Wallet mit der Seed-Phrase wiederherstellen?

Hi, since the Send button is greyed, it indicates that you are in a watch-only wallet (you are not connected with the correct private keys), hence the impossibility to make a transaction.

That could be caused by:

a) Using a wrong passphrase. (That is by far the most frequent cause. You mentioned you saw a passphrase prompt – leave that window blank and just continue to your wallet.)

b) Using a wrong seed. (Perhaps you’ve recently recovered a different one than intended).

c) Both seed and passphrase are wrong. (Only a correct combination of seed+passphrase will get you to the desired wallet.)

most likely you did not enter the correct seed phrase in your Trezor when you recovered it. There are many similar words in the BIP39 list. Usually entering a wrong word gets detected by the checksum, but not always, in fact there is about 1.4% chances that a word error is not detected by the checksum, and the phrase is considered valid (but it leads to different accounts).

If that’s what happened, the good news that that the situation is easily recoverable using bruteforce search techniques, with specialized software.

You can only view what’s in your trezor from exodus need to use trezor suite to move it

I got it guys, thanks. I had 2 trezors and had somehow confused the seeds. I’m stoopid.
