Ich habe seit Monaten immer wieder versucht, meine Fonds abzurufen, die als Null angezeigt werden, ich habe meine Seed-Phase repariert und die QR-Codes, die es sagt, sind verbunden, und Null wird angezeigt, ich erhalte eine Nachricht, die sagt, dass die Netzwerkverbindung fehlerhaft ist, auch die SD-Karte verbindet sich nicht mit meinen Fonds, die dann ein paar Mal verschwanden und dann ganz verschwanden, ich habe mit jemandem namens Emilee. vom Service-Support ein paar Mal versucht, mir zu helfen, aber immer noch keine Freude kann mir jemand helfen, danke

Don’t chat with anyone from any social media about Ellipal . It usually takes a while but their customer service will get back to you. Have you updated your device? I asked because I had the same thing going on with polkadot. It took a week but it was a simple as me updating the device. Give that a try.
