Besteht für mich ein Risiko, wenn ich das anzubringende Etikett bestätige? Als ich das erste Mal ein Etikett anbrachte und es bestätigen musste, verstand ich, dass es technisch gesehen auf mein Saatgut zugreift, um das Etikett hinzuzufügen, aber ist es sicher, weiterhin auf “Akzeptieren” zu drücken? Ich denke ständig daran, was passiert, wenn ein Hacker etwas macht, das alle meine Münzen an ihn schickt, wenn man “Ja” für die Etiketten drückt. Ist es besser, kein Label zu haben?

Edit: TLDR: ist es sicher, Labels hinzuzufügen und immer wieder “Ja” zu drücken, wenn ich gefragt werde, ob ich Labels hinzufügen möchte? Oder ist es sicherer, gar keine Etiketten zu haben?

Yes.

This is a reasonable worry, but it can’t really work in this case.

First of all, Suite asks Trezor to use keys that are wholly separate from any keys you use for your coins.

A hacker could perhaps subvert that and tell Trezor to use the same keys, but…

…before doing anything, Trezor adds some more data to the keys, then mangles them by a one-way function, and uses the result as an encryption/decryption key (of a _completely different type_ than anything you sign your coins with) to calculate the result the Suite is asking for.

At start, there is something that plausibly has the power to transact with your coins. At the end, it’s changed beyond recognition, so there is no way a hacker can use the result for anything nefarious.
