Ich habe meine ledger nano X vor 2 Wochen, es hatte das gemeinsame Problem der Batterie nicht aufladen, versucht mit wahrscheinlich 5 verschiedene Kabel und aktualisierte Firmware, aber immer noch das gleiche Problem, Art der Wunsch, ich habe gerade die s plus statt. Eingereicht ein Ticket hatte nicht gehört, eine Antwort für über 10 Tage.

I never pay for anything with cash, if something like this happens I dispute the transaction. Amazing how it creates a reaction.

im in the same situation.

bougth a Nano x brand new from LEDGER france.

official website, it arrived fast but doa, the battery is not charging, the ledger arrived dirty, with dirt fingerprints all over it, no one is answering to emails!!!

worst customer experience ever, but they have support workers doing live spaces on reddit and on twitter.

This situation is becoming ridiculous…

i googled this battery problem on their products and there is thousands of reports and videos about it, and still Ledger has not fixed this huge problem of the nano x.

Ledger support seems to be sleeping in France, cant even reply to a simple customer email, if they dont soon will have to take action, as this isnt aceptable!!
