Hallo zusammen,

Also ich habe im März einen neuen nano s plus bestellt und dabei eine neue ERC-20 Wallet eingerichtet. Gesendet alle meine Krypto in dort zurück dann auch. Ich habe gerade bemerkt, dass, obwohl das Ledger und die neue Adresse im März eingerichtet wurden, die Ledger Live “Total portfolio worth” -Grafik zeigt, dass das Konto irgendwie von Juli 2022 existiert hat und zeigt 0 Balance bis März, als ich meine Krypto dorthin geschickt.

Ist das ein Fehler oder eine Funktion oder warum wird es so angezeigt?

Do you have the chart set at “1 year”? Because that’s what it sounds like you’re describing……

Set the graph to 1 month or 1 day.

All crypto “accounts” are preexisting, the blockchain will registered any transaction to them but they all technically exist with zero balance. Your “new” key is a random address that only you know in a vast sea of possible addresses it is not any more new then any of the other random addresses that are almost certainly empty (the likelyhood of you randomly stumbling onto an existing account is near impossible).

Where did you order it from?

When you set it up, were you offered to create your own 24 word seed phrase or did it come with one already to use?

If you did not have to create a new 24 word seed then you have been compromised and have gotten a ledger that should not be used.

Send all funds to a CEX.. make sure all funds are safe in the CEX.

Create a NEW 24 word seed phrase and once that is done you can now create new accounts for each coin you have. Send your coins back to the correct account addresses you just created. Sent test amounts before you send the remaining bulk of your coins.
