Ledger Live erkennt den Nano S nicht.

Ich habe die neueste Version installiert und ich bin bis zu echten Überprüfung der Ledger Wallet, ich folgte die Problembehandlung, schaltete Antivirus, Firewall, aber Ledger Live immer noch nicht das Gerät erkennen.

Mein Windows 10 erkennt den Ledger Nano S und die Ledger Mobile App kann das Gerät erkennen.

Ich muss den Transaktionsverlauf herunterladen.

Was kann ich sonst noch tun?

If you just need to download your transaction history, you don’t need to connect your Ledger device.

You can find a tutorial [here](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014094879-Export-operation-history-as-CSV?docs=true). In case you aren’t able to download transaction history, you need to clear cache (settings > help > clear cache)

What computer isn’t detecting it? You said Windows 10 and your mobile phone do detect it, but didn’t say which system failed to work…
