Ledger Live lässt die Erstellung eines Solana-Kontos nicht zu

Seit ein paar Tagen taucht die Fehlermeldung “Sorry, Internet must be down” auf. Also habe ich versucht, das Konto zu löschen und neu einzurichten, um zu sehen, ob das hilft, da die Synchronisierung jedes Mal nichts gebracht hat. Jetzt lässt sich kein Solana-Konto mehr hinzufügen, so dass ich nicht mehr von meinem Ledger-Konto aus senden kann. Ich habe versucht, zu einer früheren Version von Ledger Live zurückzukehren, aber das hat nicht geholfen, also habe ich ein Update auf 2.6 durchgeführt und den Cache gelöscht. Auch das hat nichts gebracht. Für jede Hilfe bin ich dankbar.

Hi – We are indeed still smoothing out some inconsistencies with our Solana back end services which are causing the various synchronization issues you’re describing. We will post an update when we have more info on this.

In the meantime, you can use the Solflare app with your Ledger device to send your assets.

Please note that when you use a third-party app with your Ledger device, you are only using their interface like Ledger Live. Your private keys remain secured by the Ledger device.

This error has been going on for months now – it’s pretty ridiculous that Ledger can’t fix it. Just use Phantom or Solflare to create new accounts for now. (only by “connect hardware wallet”, don’t put your Ledger seed into either of those)
