Ich habe Ledger Live verbunden, um meinen Kontostand auf einem Nano S anzuzeigen. Ich habe das Programm vom PC gelöscht und die Registry bereinigt, um alte Dateien zu löschen. Ich habe Ledger Live erneut heruntergeladen und es hat immer noch mein altes Anmeldekennwort für das Programm und zeigt seinen Kontostand an. Sollte es nicht ein sauberer Neuanfang sein? Warum ist das so?

Hey, when you uninstall and reinstall Ledger Live, it doesn’t automatically reset your settings or accounts. The data is stored locally on your computer, not on the Ledger Live application itself. If you want to start fresh, you need to reset Ledger Live. This will erase all settings and accounts on your computer. However, your crypto assets will remain safe as they are secured by your Ledger device and backed up by your recovery phrase.

To reset Ledger Live, go to the Locked screen page and click on “I lost my password”. After reading the warning, click on the Reset button. Then, you can set up a new password and add your accounts back.
